Overlay districts organize the City into urban, suburban, and rural areas, each of which provides a different, desirable lifestyle. Each overlay district has defined residential densities that are implemented through the Zoning Ordinance and policy, creating predictable patterns of growth for use in planning future roads, schools, utilities, recreational amenities, and other public needs. <\/SPAN>The Overlay Districts 2045 table contains the following fields listed by Alias, with the field name in parentheses, and a brief description at the end:<\/SPAN><\/P>
