The table contains the following fields, some of which are not currently in use. The fields are divided into two lists: Operational Fields and Historic Fields. Notes about each field, when available are provided.<\/SPAN><\/P>

Operational Fields: <\/SPAN><\/P>

  • NOTES (TEXT, 50) \u2013 contains information about the record (e.g., when added, who authorized, etc., if available.)<\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI>

  • DATE_MOD (DATE) \u2013 includes information about when the polygon was added/removed from the CBPA District. If a specific date was not available, and only a year was given, a date of January 1 was entered for the year. If a date was not available in the notes field, but there was a LAST_EDITED_DATE, the LAST_EDITED_DATE was used to populate the DATE_MOD field. Records without any notes were assumed to be part of the original adoption and were given a date of January 21, 1992.<\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI>

  • MODIFICATION (TEXT, 50) \u2013 one of three values was assigned to all records based upon the NOTES or LAST EDITED DATE fields. Attribute choices include EXISTING, ADDED, or REMOVED.
