The South Norfolk business overlay district encompasses all those properties now or hereafter zoned B-1, B-2, B-5, and O&amp;I and located within the area identified in the map entitled \u201cSouth Norfolk Business Overlay District Map\u201d on the City's website.<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN /><\/P><P><SPAN /><\/P><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV>",
