The existing land use of parcels within the City of Chesapeake. Parcels are given a major land use and a minor land use.
The purpose of this layer is show the existing land use of all parcels within the City of Chesapeake. This layer is updated once a year.
Milars maps were digitized in 1996 and adjusted per the orthos; the layer has been edited with the use of recorded plats and deeds using their coordinates and metes and bounds.
