Service Description: This layer is used to create an overlay that will hyperlink to scanned images of record drawings stored on an internal server. The polygons that are contained in the layer provide the general location of referenced plans. The plans included cover record drawings, approved plans, defined easements and images that are important to asset location. The data is updated on an as needed basis by Public Utilities GIS personnel.
