<DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>To spatially overlay Certificates of Occupancy with the projects in the LOS feature class to determine the number of certificates issued for each project. Enables calculation of number of units in Pipeline to be developed.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>The data is updated at the end of March, June, September and December.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>Certificates of Occupancy are issued by Development and Permits department and the data is reported out of the Accela system.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>*All COs in the city are not represented within this layer. It is only residential CO's with a focus on areas included in the Level of Service analysis.</SPAN><SPAN /><SPAN>Layer was updated in August of 2026 to include 3 new fields : </SPAN><SPAN>1) Number of Units (number) - the # of COs field is a text field. This field converts it to a number for use in online anlyses. </SPAN><SPAN>2) Census Type (text, domain - classifies housing as Single Family Detached, Duplex, Tri_Quad, 5+ Units, or Townhouse, without regard to ownership type (fee simple, Condo) for use in the Housing Dashboard, and</SPAN><SPAN>3) Year Built - this converst the date the CO was issued to a number. The Date_ field is a string field.</SPAN><SPAN /><SPAN>Data was updated and verified from 2020 through the present for use in the Housing Dashboard.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV> |
